Application :
1. Vacuum coating:
In the process of vacuum coating, such as the deposition of metal films, oxide films, and nitride films on the surfaces of materials, two-stage rotary vane pumps are used to create a high-vacuum environment. This ensures the purity and quality of the coating by preventing air and other impurities from interfering with the deposition process.
